Alexander Scott Huslage

Alex turned one year old today, and I still can hardly believe it. It’s hard for me to picture my little man as anyone but who he is in this exact moment, and to think of him as a little lump of love he was in those first moments of life is difficult. We had a wonderful party at Jumpin’ Beans, which we were lucky to reserve at the last minute. Originally we were to have the party at Pullen Park, but due to the excessive heat today, we needed to move it indoors. Alex had a blast and so did all of our friends’ children. He bounced, he ate cake, and he got snuggled by family and friends. Overall it was a wonderful day and we are now beat.
