Alexander Scott Huslage

Tonight, I decided to bake cupcakes – Chocolate Mint Cupcakes to be exact. No pictures this time, though. Aaron had to come to my rescue for the icing. It’s a buttercream icing, but there wasn’t quite enough liquid in it – according to my dear husband – which is why it wasn’t looking anything like icing and more like a brick of sugar. As far as taste, they’re pretty good, although, I think the mint is a little too much for my tastes. Aaron seems to like them.
